Currently training for TM in August in Scotland. There's a group of us working with a trainer on a Thursday and also on the beach on a Sunday (using the sand dunes to run up with sand bags)

One of the PTs at my local gym is leading training sessions for the toughmudder in August. Some awe-inspiring successes on the thread, I started at 197lbs (2nd May 2012), plucked up courage to take these photos on the 15th May (193lbs) Fast forward 8th February 2013 (10 inches off my waist) and 50lbs down, now currently 146lbs Still got a way to go, but focusing more on measurments rather than weight now

Inspirational thread, fantastic NSVs Me, well Tuesday, balanced on two swiss balls (hands on one, knees on the other) managed to deadlift 50kg on Wednesday, Thursday got through a kettlebell circuit class without feeling like I would die. Finally feeling like I'm getting fit Have a great Friday everyone.

My rest day is usually a Monday or Tuesday. The other (alternate) weekdays are a mix of cardio/circuits and weights. Weekends are a stretch class on Saturdays and a core stability class on the Swiss ball on Sunday (so kind of rest days)

I don't eat bread, don't miss it....I've a more varied diet now as I'm not relying on the loaf in the fridge! Diary is open (I think)

Low Fat Yogurt Anything 'white' (ie bread, pasta, rice etc), Potatos Low Fat Margarine I do think twice, three times or more about some dark spiced chocolate though (it's because I like thinking about it..lol)
