Personally, I weigh and add each ingredient individually as I throw it into my blender.

i'd like to lose 50, and 1.5 pounds lost per week on mfp is still keeping me at 1200, so i'll change it to 1! thank you so much! i'm going to try to implement all of your advice. i appreciate it!

thank you for the helpful response. i'm vegetarian, but i just prefer almond milk to cow's milk. the target intake was automatically calculated by mfp by selecting "lose 2 pounds per week" in my diary settings. thanks to everyone else, as well!
