Wow...VERY challenging. But, I love a good challenge and I'm excited to meet and conquer every one of these this week!

I'm going through it for the 2nd time, and it is amazing! After the first day, yeah I could barely move. And the next few days are hard. But soon you'll start seeing a difference in your energy and the way your clothes fit. I never lost weight doing this workout, but I lost inches and I started to see muscle tone. The…

I've never done a challenge before, but I'm interested!

I worked as a teller for a few years, so I definitly feel your pain. Most customers are ok, but you get one or two that can ruin your mood for the rest of the day. I once had a restaurant owner bring his cash deposit in the lobby, he stood 2 feet from my window, and threw the bag at my face. He'd "always wanted to do…

I didn't lose any weight while doing the 30 DS. I did lose some inches however. I also gained muscle tone, energy, and flexibility. My clothes fit looser, and even my hubby said I looked smaller. I think the best part is, it got me in the habit of working out consistently.

I knew on my first day of work. I was a bank teller and I hated it. It was a necessary job at that point and it was the only one I could find. I was constantly stressed. I took it out on my husband and gained 20 pounds from stress eating. I fell into a deep depression on Sunday evenings because I knew I only had a few more…

I use Secret solid stick. I only swipe a couple of times per side and I'm good for the day. No odor, no sweat. Any other brand, I feel like I have to pile it on before I'm adequately covered. My hubby's underarm skin is sensitive and he uses Axe spray deodorant. Anything else makes him break out.

My husband lost his job, thankfully I still have mine and we can just barely afford all our bills. Yet I still complain about having to get up and go to work every morning when poor hubby wishes he had a job to go to. *sigh*

He just said you are beautiful AND you have an awesome personality. In my experience, guys can be awkward when giving compliments and they can come out sounding odd. Just take the compliments for what they are and appreciate it. Stop reading into it.

I work for a state government agency as a fiancial analyst. I handle the registration of investment advisors for my state. It's not terribly exciting, but I enjoy it. I'm serving the citizens of my state and that feels good.

:flowerforyou: Wow, you look incredible!! Congrats on the success!!!

When I get a migraine I only want to die. I don't crave anything, as the thought of food makes me want to vomit. I have heard that caffiene helps migraines (doesn't help mine), so you could try a Coke or something like that, and the carbonation might help the nausea. As Monkeymomma pointed out, the Special K cracker chips…

I've really struggled with exercising lately, but this morning I got up at 5:30 for the 5th day in a row to exercise. It felt great! I can feel my energy levels and my metabolism rising, bit by bit.

Wow girl, you look FANTASTIC! Your husband is in for a nice surprise when he comes back. Congratulations!

1. My job. I love my coworkers, but the work I do annoys me. Not the worst job I've ever had though! 2. My phone at work, every time it rings. 3. My Facebook newsfeed. Time to clean out my "friends" list. This was fun!

Born in Maine, now in Florida!

I love my beautiful blue eyes and my height. I like the fact that I have a bubble butt, but I'll love it when it's a bit smaller, hehehe.

I went through two phases of nail biting when I was growing up. Both times, I just...quit. I don't know how, or why. I guess I decided I was done biting them lol. I remember the second time I went through it, trying to stop. I used that nasty nail polish, but it didn't work. I got used to the taste and would bite anyway.…

You're off to a great start! Kudos to you for opening yourself up. The support system on MFP is amazing, and I've found it VERY helpful. You're doing a great thing for yourself by exercising, and setting a good example for your kids.

I love the topic! I made myself a motivational poster with that saying. I'll send you an invite...support is a good thing to have!

Welcome! We all need support and this is an awesome place to get it. Feel free to add me too!

My hubby is very supportive of me and he always encourages me to work out. And he always notices and compliments me when I've made a noticeable change. However, he's more concerned with keeping me happy than keeping me on track. I've asked him to keep me accountable as far as the food I eat when I'm around him. But he'd…

Talk to your doctor. Or a counselor, or someone you trust. If you're stressing, holding it in will only make things worse. And don't be so hard on yourself. We all mess up. I know it's easier said than done, but you have to forgive yourself and keep going. You can do it!

I think it's all about proportion and the kind of top you wear. I have larger thighs so I always wear a longish, flowing top with my skinny jeans. It downplays my thighs and makes everything look more proportionate.

You look amazing! Congratulations on your success! Thanks for posting this. You have inspired me. Your daughter is adorable, too, by the way.

I weigh myself every morning. After the potty and before breakfast. I do this knowing that my weight fluctuates so I don't get down on myself when I see that I've gained a pound or so from the day before. I like to know generally where my weight is and see how it's trending.

I feel your pain. I do great with my calories during the day, but at night I crave that full feeling, and I eat until I'm well over my limit as well. The only thing that helps me is to keep busy. If I'm sitting in front of the TV, I will overeat. But if I can keep my hands occupied, I won't overeat. And I have a no food in…

It makes me feel kinda old (I'm only 29), but I think I'd rather be Ma'am than Miss. Miss makes me feel like a little girl.

I like to take a hot bubble bath and lose myself in a good book. Before I know it, my stress is gone and everything is back in proper perspective. I feel like a normal person again!

Hi! I'm new here as well. We need as much support as possible. Feel free to add me too! :)
