Hello...I'm a First Time User

This is my second day online. I've tried numerous diets (almost all of the ones on the commercials) but they only seem to work short-term. I'm looking for something that I can live with and that will help me enter my mid-forties feeling fit and fabulous. I welcome all the encouragement and suggestions I can get.     I too have tried many "diets" and haven't stuck with them.
    I've been on here for 1 week now and I thought I would NEVER count calories, but it seems to be helping.
