Wow, a lot of the weight goals on this post seem so low for 5'9", especially the one for 126 lbs. This is probably the main reason I stopped going to the gym. Not only did I feel inferior, but I also felt like I was being judged (which I probably wasn't). I just put in aerobics. I mix it up with low-impact and high-impact depending on how hard I pushed myself.

I like to boil pinto beans with a slice of bacon, chili powder and some minced garlic. I use about half a bag and boil covered for about 6 hours. They are so good. Christmas Shoes gets me too. My main ones are "Love your baby girl" by sugarland and "How can I help you say goodbye" by Patty Loveless. I even got a little chocked up thinking about this post. I find it interesting that both my songs have to do with a relationship with parents, I love mine very much.

Have you ever heard of Walden Farms? They make 0 calorie mayo, ketchup, salad dressing, chocolate syrup, BBQ sauce and others. Of course it doesn't all taste the same as the full calorie version but I swear by the brand.

This made me giggle because I have found that my body doesn't agree with my relationships either! In the past I have found that when I broke up with a BF I dropped 2 dress sizes almost instantly. Now I am married so that is not an option, it's just funny to me how our body responds to our different lifestyles.
