I think your hips look great. I'd love to look like that But the only suggestion i have is leg exercises (lunges, squats, and some heavy lifting) to help lower bf% and your hips will eventually slim down

This. Running/jogging is hard on your joints. Power walking is better for your joints (especially when you're bigger and have a lot to lose). Keep challenging yourself and you'll get to where you want to be. I did c25k and it helped a lot.

I'm saying from my personal experience yes it can. I have been really stressed lately and didn't lose anything for over a month (not as long as you but irritating all the same) and ended up gaining 4 lbs. But now that the stress i had is pretty much gone i have lost those 4 lbs plus some. I would suggest trying to get rid…

You can't really choose an area to lose weight. Just exercising in general will take off weight where ever your body feels it should come off of first. Cardio burns a lot of calories and That's honestly how lost a lot of weight. If you want an area to slim down you can also try lifting some weights and have a calorie…

Your body decided where the fat comes off so there's really no specific exercises you can do. You can do exercises to strengthen those muscles but until you Burn off the fat you won't see them. I would just suggest keep moving and exercise and eventually your thighs will get smaller

I exercise like clockwork 6 days a week and i haven't lost a pound in 3 weeks. I'd measure more by inches them pound

I don't really think there is a non-independent coach for Beachbody. Every coach is an independent coach and are basically on their own when selling products. And i wouldn't say that it's common practice to be "loyal" to one coach. It just sounds like he was rude. Most coaches I've talked to work offer support regardless…

I have a flat scale. I normally just put a plate/bowl on top of it and zero it out. I use it to measure and portion control. I like that it switches between measurements. I think I spent like 15 bucks on it

To be honest I'd be pretty pissed if my boyfriend said that to me. In the other hand I guess at least he told you how he was feeling, but I don't think you should just do something because its what he wants for you. You have to want this yourself and be determined enough to stick with losing weight and changing your diet…
