Don't be discouraged, I agree with everyone else...Your weight fluctuates. Even when I don't cheat my weight can fluctuate 3-4 pounds. My suggestion would be to try to cut down on your carbs and eat some more protein. That should make you feel full longer.

I was the same way...I would do Weight Watchers and my whole diet consisted of how many snacks I could fit in to my allotted points :). I have come a long way, but my diet still needs work!

Thanks for the ideas everyone :) I really want to go in The Limited and Express, but I still feel like I am too fat to be in there. Maybe I would fit in a shirt, but I am in a size 14 jeans and I don't think they sell them that big....I'll get there eventually :)

I agree with the comment about lowering your carbs...If I eat too many even if I am staying within my calories I don't lose weight. MFP underestimates mine. I have an HRM with a chest strap. Everyone is different...so I would say the only way to really know is to use an HRM.
