76 lbs lost

My starting weight was 268 lbs. Currently am 192 lbs. A 76 lb loss and a whole lotta confidence later :)
I still have another 42 lbs to go, but I am determined to get there. It has not always been easy.. I have fallen off the wagon a few times but I always seem to find my way back on.

    your start weight and goal weight are almost identical to mine, so thank you for posting these pics it's definitely a big motivator to see what my success will bring :) great job you look amazing!

    I'm glad. Its one thing to want to do it.. it another to know its possible. I'll be honest.. I wasn't too sure when I started that I could do it. Keep it up and you will get there too :) Feel free to add me. I love supporting others as I know how inportant it is to me in my journey :)

    Unfortunately no... lol
    Calorie counting, label reading and atleast a little bit of exercise. Not a magical formula, but it works :)
