100 Pounds Gone!

Today I hit the 100 pound mark. I can hardly believe it really happened. When I started a little over 14 months ago it seemed like an impossible task. Now I know that the the next 37 pounds can and will come off with hard work and determination. I will try to add pictures as soon as I figure out how.

    Cant wait to see before and after pics that what keep the rest of us going seeing and reading stories like yours!! Congrats that is a HUGE accomplishment ,..When I began I was looking at 110 lbs to lose and reading stories like yours I know its possible, Keep up the good work
