Also, the pain I was having due to my gallbladder problems was absolutely excruciating. The pain was surgery was just a soreness and completely worth it.

I had my gallbladder removed about two years ago. I had no problem continuing my weight loss afterwards. The recovery is supposed to be very quick. It took me a little longer because I was very sick, but once recovered I was glad I had the surgery. I do not have pain now, and I can exercise and eat normally.

I have really bad anxiety. I get so anxious over things, everything, even things that really should be fun and exciting. I don't really know how to act around anyone, I get intimidated so easily. I act the way they're acting "mimic them" as someone earlier said, in order to seem somewhat in place.

I do the same exact thing. If I were to act as myself for real people would think I'm ****ing weird. I'm good at picking up on the way people act around me and blending in

You are beautiful. These people are obviously the type of people who say bad things behind people's backs, and it's because they're insecure and jealous. Ignore them and please love yourself.

You should definitely talk to your doctor about it now that you are insured because constant heart burn can actually be dangerous to your body. For me, milk always helps with heartburn; even 1% or skim. If things like that aren't working there's probably a deeper issue.

I love pure protein bars also! I was taking all these supplements, and then a family member gave me a few boxes of pure protein bars. Almost everything I was taking was all in one bar. They're great

Make sure you start out slow though, running and pushing yourself too hard right away can have a bad affect on your knees.

My treadmil workout starts out walking for about 5 minutes, then I jog for about five minutes, and I up the speed by 5 mph every 5 minutes. I continue to do this for 30 minutes and by the end I'm sprinting. Then do a 5 minute cool down. Sometimes I'll keep going longer if I have the energy. Also, I use a slight incline to…
