  • I think he is right. I don't have active, but wii fit isn't that great for burning lots of calories. It's good if you want to work on your balance and do a little strength training. The lunges are super hard :).
  • Whoa I need to get a basil plant!
  • I do too, but I noticed if I move them around and shift my feet as I'm working it doesn't happen as often.
  • I would also vote for elliptical. :flowerforyou:
  • The lot of clothes I posted have been taken. If anyone else wants to post up clothing to trade or to giveaway please feel free to do so. Also if you are looking for something please post someone reading might have it laying around.
  • sounds great! I will wait on your pm :) Thanks!
  • anyone interested?
  • Where did you find that diet fudge soda? That sounds excellent :)
  • I'm just bumping :)
  • Hey Kimber I totally would be interested in any size 10 pants you have. I'm in law school (preparing for lots of interviews) and could use more dressy stuff. What exactly do you have? I would for sure cover any shipping costs. Thanks!
  • Okay here is a list of clothing I have to offer up: 1 pair Lee Midrise Boot Cut Jeans size 14 med. 1 pair Stamp 10 Favorite Jean size 14 1 pair Levis bootcut size 14 M (515) 2 Old Navy button up quarter sleeve shirts both size Large Perfect Fit (one dark purple one light purple) 1 Cherokee argile quarter sleeve button up…
  • Okay sounds great :). Why don't everyone begin posting what they have to trade...type, size, style, brand and if you want to include pictures that would be great too. I will start adding mine this afternoon!
  • Yea I figured there would probably be issues with styles and what not. But I think that if everyone would describe the clothes people could pick who they wanted to trade with... This is what I was thinking people interested could post the following information size, brand, style (flared jeans, skinny, etc) and add maybe a…
  • Have you tried tweaking your daily calorie and fat intake? After you lose the first 10 lbs you should probably tweak it and set yourself to eat a little less. That is what I did and I continue to lose. However, I have noticed if I do the exact same exercise for the exact same amount of time each day I get stuck. I would…
  • No I can't do it. Even though it doesn't work the back, any strain whatsoever somehow always negatively affects my back, so I just stick to the elliptical :). It works great.
  • I have a degenerative disc so pretty much anything that even slightly affects the back I can't do, and that includes running (too high impact). The ellipitical has been a life saver because it is so low impact it doesn't hurt me at all.
  • I can't do strength training because I have a bad back, so I do 5 days a week on the elliptical for 30 mins. It has been working great. Plus now my endurance is way up which is really great.
  • I'm fairly certain you should go by the weight of the cooked chicken.
  • I too started off not eating my exercise calories, and it caught up with me. At about 5 pm each day I could barely get off the couch I was so tired and fatigued. I have been feeling much better since I started eating them. :)
  • Here are a few yoga ball exercises that should be okay for an injured foot http://exercise.about.com/cs/abs/l/bl_core.htm
  • You could get one of those big yoga balls and do some yoga on it. You can do sit ups and all kinds of exercises on those things. Plus you can do some upper body weight lifting. Maybe this is a good time in your workout to start focusing more on toning your upper body.
  • I could not make it on 300 calories for dinner. Have you tried eating a lower calorie breakfast like some cheerios or something? That should add another 100 calories to dinner. FYI, I usually eat between 600-700 of my daily calories for dinner. if not I get super hungry before bed.
  • Have you guys tried PB2 yet? It has WAYYYYY less fat (85% less) than regular PB. It comes in a powder and you mix it with water (so there is no oil). It is all natural and it actually tastes pretty good.

  • The great thing about it is if you have a bad back or bad knees it doesn't hurt them. I have a bad back the elliptical is the only workout I can do. I'm glad I found it!
