I dont think stores are appropriate (no shirt, no service - ya know)..... but I think around your own home and even out door chores is OK considering you have shorts on. I think if you need to get in a car to get there you should throw on a tank top. If you live in a beach town you can get away with it in more places.

Well done - I can see your progress!

You look amazing - and younger!!!

I dont really think it matters when you eat... but I do think that some people who skip breakfast are so hungry by lunch time that they over-eat. and I think that leads people to think that eating breakfast aids weight loss.

yay for you! Keep up the good work - I can really see your progress!

Start running! Outside if possible as that will be more like the actual race. When I prepped for a 5K I first mapped out a full 5K distance (with my car using the mile tracker thingy) so I knew the full distance I needed to run. I started with running half that distance for the first week and then 3/4 of the full distance…

I enter weights as strength but that does not give you the calories burned that cardio will on MFP. If I wear my HRM I will input the calories in the cardio section as a generic gym entry (manual entry, not one you can choose from that is already there).
-
Since you just started I would suggest that you follow the calories that MFP gave you. Try it out for a few weeks and see where it gets you - you may feel the need to alter some stuff at some point but a great starting point is 1700 calories.

^ I love KIND bars as well - great variety!

Pumpkin coffee creamer... I actually buy a ton and freeze it for the "off season"
-
I would suggest baby steps - start small and add to the positive changes gradually. The weight will come gradually then as well. I too am a late night snacker - and sometimes in bed as well. Try something that will satisfy you that is not as bad as what you currently consume. Maybe try a popsicle instead of a candy bar -…

Didnt do it myself but had a co-worker do it. She lost a decent amount of weight. She is very health conscious now and says that while it helped her lose weight initially it was not the healthiest (she was missing nutrients she considers important ion her diet). Might be a good place to start but not sure if its a diet you…

Not sure how convenient this would be at work but I LOVE my mini ice cream sandwhichs. Use cool whip free or light and low fat graham crackers (any flavor you like). Make them into mini sandwhich by using 2 squares and 2 tablespoons of the cool whip. Freeze them overnight. I like to use chocolate graham crackers - the…

It will get easier and you will get less sore as you get more fit. Example - first game at the start of my soccer season kicks my a** and my whole body hurts for days and days. By the end of the season, Im barely sore anymore for even 1 day.

Tons of options! Twice a week I make a salad and bring it with me (I switch up ingredients each week so the salads are never same old boring stuff). Twice a week I either bring leftovers from a healthy dinner, a sweet potatoe that I can nuke and add a piece of fruit with it, a low cal soup (Progresso has tons), or a…

Im only 5' foot tall so I *should* weigh just a tad over 100 lbs --- I think I would be too thin and I set my goal is 140 lbs. I think that's a healthy goal for me - considering I have to drop about 35 lbs to reach it. I recall being around 140 and being happy. Screw the charts that say we should be stick thin.

you look hot on a motorcycle

Do you pay this trainer? If so, they need to do a better job of getting you started! If not, maybe ask around the weight users at the gym. If you dont want to go there then Google and Youtube it.

You look fantastic!!!! Doesnt look like a fat face to me!

Once - I had a recipe for some Cajun Style shrimp (sooo good). It was easy as well - tossed the shrimp in a bowl with the coconut oil and seasoning and laid them flat on a baking pan and baked them. But because I had to buy a bottle of the coconut oil but only used a small amount I had a ton left over so I use when…
