Thanks and yeah I just did the negative calorie adjustment on MFP yesterday I didnt know anything aboiut it till then so we shall see what kind of differance it makes!

I was ating 1250 day and some of my exercise cals. netting about 1000 which I know was low. but some days I would be over all together and my weekly net was breaking even. Now I have upped my cals to 1500 day and eat back more exercise cals netting about 1300-1400 a day.

I have been using garcinia cambogia since Friday and it sure has helped with curbing my appetite I'm not so hungry all the time. I don't care what others say I did my research into it and from what I found it was worth a try and being natural and pure I don't see why not.

I use a HRM and it has always been really close to what MFP has but using this calculation it was off by a good amount. I will stick with what my HRM says. Everyone's differant age gender and what not...

I know the Bf scale is not dead on but I am using it for reference so I can have an idea of where I'm losing fat or water weight.

My scale is made by Healthometer Preformax I'm 5'7 and my mid section measures 39 inches. My legs and arms are not really fatty but I also have large breast :p
