Well it's Sunday so I'll check in how I did on the challenge! Monday: 467 Tuesday: 252 Wednesday: 724 Thursday: 241 Friday: 0 Saturday: 0 Sunday: 715 So I made the workout 5 days part (= But only 2 of them were 700. WOW is it hard to burn 700 calories in 1 day! Looking forward to seeing how everyone else did this week.

I sometimes work out 2x in a day and burn 700...does that count if it's two workouts, one day?

I like having my fitbit; but I think it's a bit overpriced. If they included membership with it, it would be more worth it but they charge $50 a YEAR on top of the 100$ it costs to get the gadget...awesome workout tool, but it's more of a SPLURGE if you have $100 to waste to me than a MUST-HAVE fitness tool.

I got 18/20 so pretty darn close!!! 10 miles of that was hiking uphill and it was BRUTAL! My glutes are on FIRE!!!

Hmmm on second thought I don't think I'm hardcore enough for this group. Right now I only have my weekly goal set to 2150 calories burned, and I've been having a hard time hitting that. And I'm lucky if I can stay under on calories let alone macronutrients. LOL. (: Best of luck to everyone tho, and great work so far!!!

One egg alone has almost the entire daily recommended amount of cholesterol. So I always do one whole egg (70 calories ea.) and 3 egg whites (17 calories ea.).
