It's back! The MFP Nike+ 4th of July challenge. Congrats to all those who did so awesome last year! Thanks to amazing advances in technology even those without nike+ shoes can participate...just download the nike gps ap and create a nike+ account! Best of luck to everyone! Let's see who can accumulate the most miles over the 31 days until the 4th of July!! All runners are welcome to join this fun challenge!
