Pretty much everyone's already tackled every answer, but I have sugar free strawberry preserves that clock only 10 calories a serving. That, along with my Sara Lee 45 Cal and Delicious, can make a simple 55 cal snack.

After setting some new goals to maintain, I'm going to go on a giant thrift store shopping spree to replace my too-big wardrobe.

I'm 5'3". I began my weight loss journey at 192 lbs, so I know how it feels! I'm currently rocking 165 lbs.

That's amazing! Like everyone, I agree that I can see a definite difference between the last two in your face and waist. So much hard work! Congratulations on a job well done!

Dear 16 year old me, A lot of changes are coming up. They are not as scary as you think. You are more prepared than you know. You have better grades than you tell yourself. Your body is perfect, so stop picking at it, mentally and literally. Keep fighting. Taking a stand is the only way to get what you want. In the future,…

I was diagnosed with it just a few years ago. I'd put on around 40 pounds over the course of two years without much explanation and was feeling very lethargic, so I decided to have my blood tested. I'm currently on 125mcg of Levothyroxine. The docs told me to stay gluten-free, sugar-free and starch-free. I did that for a…

I'm 5'3" and my initial goal weight is 140. From there I'll reevaluate and see if I need to drop down to 135 or even 130. Last time I was 130, I didn't even register a cup size. Now I'm a C. I'd like to still have my boobs when I'm done.

Thank you for all the adds! You guys rock!

Like you, I struggled in the past to get down the standard 8 glasses of water. I still sometimes struggle. Even if it had flavor, I'm just not a liquid drinker. But I do have a few tricks up my sleeve that's helped. 1. When I eat, I tend to take a gulp of water after every or every other bite. Before I know it, I'm down…

I had a few small ones leading up to a rather large breakdown. My first hint was in May 2011. I had been gaining weight like crazy, on top of being tired all the time and losing hair. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and, at the same time, told I was 50 lbs overweight. Over a year, I tried to lose weight, but I found…

I've been eating the Walmart knock-off of Skippy Reduced Fat Creamy and it's made a huge difference in my weight loss. I'm a PB addict, so I have to have it in my diet. Weeks I really went to town on peanut butter, I saw a lag in my weight loss. Now that I've switched to the reduced fat, I not only like the taste a lot…
