Agree wholeheartedly with the above post! Dairy, especially cow milk, can cause breakouts for a lot of people, including me. After I stopped drinking milk, my acne got tons better. Also, I agree with "less is more". Using too many products can make your acne worse.

Lower Level 2 is killer! I moved up to the Lower Level 2 a week early because Lower Level 1 was not hard enough.But boy, Level 2 was haaard! I was sore for 2 days after doing it for the first time. Going to do 2 more weeks at Lower Level 2 before moving on to Level 3. :)

I get that a lot and I'm not even trying to lose much but I am wanting to get healthier and more fit. When my lifestyle (diet/exercise) gets mentioned in a conversation, they will usually roll their eyes and say the same thing, "You don't need to watch what you eat, you're already skinny." *smh*

I've been doing the 30 Day Shred and tried wearing shoes. It was a no go. For me, I believe barefoot is best. It feels better and shoes just made my feet slip. I only wear shoes when I am on the treadmill. However, I will wear shoes when I start lifting heavy weights. :)

I love cottage cheese! I mostly eat it on my salads instead of salad dressing. I'm weird, I guess, I do not like salad dressing...lol. Cottage cheese is also good to eat with just tomatoes...yum!
