  • Yes I definitely do this in advance and just change on the day if I've not had my planned dinner or change of lunch, different snacks etc. That way at least I know roughly what I have to play with. if I ate it all first and then totted it up - I'd mostly be in the red!
  • My diary is open to all - so no need to add me! :laugh: I do log daily - usually in advance of what I plan to eat and jig my food about as it changes. I shop at Tesco, Lidl usually and like to cook a lot.

  • Welcome Suzi. I'm from Oxford too! Only been on SW for 3 weeks - but happy with it so far. I still log occasionally with MFP to work out my calories doing SW. Found I'm eating more filling meals on the same calorie allowance so happy enough with that. Congrats on your loss with SW - gives me hope!

  • Out of interest I sometimes log my SW food for the day into MFP and was surprised to see it ends up averaging 1200-1400 calories. I think the EE way of requiring a third of SF foods naturally reduces your calories. Definitely prefer SW as no deprivation or feeling hard done by, whereas on MFP I often was in the red as only…

  • Allow me to break you ladies fantastic run of losses ...:laugh: Week 11: 171 +2 TOM is here in full force and am swollen like a little sausage so should be back on track for next week. Aiming for more fish and lean proteins this week, have been a little carb heavy recently so let's see how that works out.
