I found that once i got moving or to the gym i loved it...its tough..todays day three for me after a month of ill start tomorrow. im a nurse too, but do home care..i actually wear a pedometer, it will tell you the distance you have walked then a track it under cardio/aerobic with my shift time whether its 5 miles over 8 hours etc..

no diet here!!! I just try to eat food that I know what the ingredients are...fresh fruit, veggies, whole grains....its tough especially when your craving cheetos!!!:laugh:

I agree with these ladies ...go for the real food...start a little at a time, you cant survive on the slimfast plan forever...eventually you have to go back to regular food..You will be so much more satisfied>>>Dont give up!!!!!!!!!!!:noway: :noway: :noway:
