I'm so excited b/c i'm going to start my first class of kickboxing tonight!! Has anyone taken a class so i can get a warning about what i'm getting into?!?!

Im not gonna lie I acually vomitted mid kick boxing class once!!!! But felt incredible when I was able to make it threw without stopping!! Good luck and dont give up!!:flowerforyou:0

My husband is taking one and he says it is a buttkicker. Watch out if you do sparring with a partner, you can get seriously hurt!0

I want to try kickboxing. It would burn lots of calorie since it's using big muscles.

I love my kickboxing! Best thing I ever did for myself! Make sure you are not dehydrated at all or feeling even a little weasy....I almost passed out once because I tried to go when I didn't feel well. Not worth that! It really works those inner thighs and tummy muscles! Great all around workout!0
