  • I like this goal. My issue is the motivation to get started. I need someone to push me. Hold me accountable to get moving and say no to those damn cookies! They are soooo delicious. How do we motivate each other to reach this goal?
  • I don't deny myself the pizza. But I arm myself with a salad first. So enjoy a meal with them but make yourself a fresh, healthy salad then have a slice of pizza. You can be a role model for them. If they are constantly showing up with fast food, etc. Then just eat something else that is healthier. Again you are showing…
