Just saw your post and wanted to say that Turbo Jam does great things for the belly area..not sure if you're interested but i love the fact that they do most of the ab work standing, there is some u can do laying down but all that stuff usually hurts my back and neck..any way you can find alot of videos from Turbo on ebay…

First week back at it but i've lost 4 lbs :) i try to create a lot of extra calorie burn by doing a combo of cardio and strength training for almost an hour and a half 5 days a week and watching what i eat very carefully...not sure if i will continue to lose this fast but super happy this week! :) Keep up the good work!

Why do u cut out all the meats? chicken, tuna, and salmon are amazing for protein and not high in calories...plus the oils in tuna and esp salmon are great for u!..hard-boiled eggs are my new favorite snack..helped keep me full all day today, and normally I'm starving all the time. I agree with the whey protein..i use that…

Yogurt and pb dip sounds yummy! especially with apples i bet...i eat a slice of pb toast everyday (or close to it) for bfast..i will google psyllium husk also...

I eat lots of broccoli and chicken for supper most nights :) good stuff. all i put on it is a little lawry's seasoning..kids and fiancee (who used to hate broc) love it that way too! cottage cheese is good and hard-boiled eggs are amazing too..kinda forgot about those..i'm not sure what edamame is but i will google it :)…
