Food...snacks especially!
Anyone have any great ideas for foods especially snacks that taste good and fill u up but without killing daily calories? I get absolutely ravenous sometimes..one thing i've found is that an entire can of tuna on a slice of potato bread is only 200 calories which is awesome for filling me up and great for my skin and hair…

Hey everybody...im new to this..if it says you are allowed to eat more because you exercised more are you really supposed to eat more or keep to the normal 1200 and then the extra burns the weight? Does anybody get what im asking?
