Prove to me your weight loss is from Plexus alone and not as a result of the bolded statement above.

I would gain weight too if I ate my gym.

I did a search for something else and this thread came up. It's the only thread that I have enjoyed reading and actually spoke to me. For that reason I am bumping it back to the top; I feel others may want to read this too. Cheers :flowerforyou:

No! Watch this, it is exactly about what you are talking about: http://www.cbc.ca/marketplace/episodes/2013-2014/detox-challenge at the end, the doctors couldn't tell the difference between the control group and the group on the cleanse because the cleanse DOES NOTHING.

Heh... a "friend" posted a link to this and Super Juice Me on my Facebook page, insisting I watch because I "won't regret it!!" I regretted wasting an hour of my life. I kindly replied that this isn't sustainable long term, the chances of gaining back are high, you will lose muscle mass, blah blah etc. Cue absolute fury…

I believe it was something originally developed for diabetics to lower blood sugar and then the people testing it found a side effect was weight loss so they opened their market to that as well.. Or something..
