Just wondering if anyone cleanses, and if you think it helps? I bought this one : http://www.gnc.com/Integrity-Health-Products-System-Cleanse-Detoxify/product.jsp?productId=15520396 and wondering what kind of results I can expect to see.
What other products would you recommend?

No products.
The body cleanses itself, which is why we poop and pee.0 -
Soap and water work best for cleansing.
Magic pills and potions are just nonsense if your organs are working correctly.0 -
Why do people buy this stuff, THEN come on the boards and ask if it works?
There will be no results as it's not going to do a single thing for you. Cleanses are all BS.0 -
that's the job of the kidney.0

The kidneys and liver do all the cleansing you need, for free. I would not recommend using any other products.0

People do it because they want to justify their purchases to themselves/self-reward. It's the same as the person who tells everyone they bought a gym membership. Very nice, good for you, now use it. They want everyone to say that they made an amazing purchase, good job, you're so clever, etc.0 -
