Cleansing?

Just wondering if anyone cleanses, and if you think it helps? I bought this one : http://www.gnc.com/Integrity-Health-Products-System-Cleanse-Detoxify/product.jsp?productId=15520396 and wondering what kind of results I can expect to see.

What other products would you recommend?

    The body cleanses itself, which is why we poop and pee.

    Soap and water work best for cleansing.

    Magic pills and potions are just nonsense if your organs are working correctly.

    There will be no results as it's not going to do a single thing for you. Cleanses are all BS.

    The kidneys and liver do all the cleansing you need, for free. I would not recommend using any other products.

    I don't understand it. It really makes me crazy.

    People do it because they want to justify their purchases to themselves/self-reward. It's the same as the person who tells everyone they bought a gym membership. Very nice, good for you, now use it. They want everyone to say that they made an amazing purchase, good job, you're so clever, etc.
