I have had this issue- spiking in the 190's. Tonight, though, it spiked over 200. I can talk, I am working hard for that 200 HR, not dizzy. I don't have chest pains or anything. If I didn't have HRM, I would not even know there was an issue.

I would suggest to up your calories. I have my set at 1600 and only burn about 1/2 of my exercise calories. I would suggest Jillian Michaels's Master Your Metabolism. I have read this book (all in one weekend) and it was eye opening as to how much CRAP is in our foods that mess up our bodies. So I am going with her…

I hated it also. I don't even think I finished the first hour. I just made that my cardio day and did my own thing

I wear a HRM to get my calories burned. I am not sure what a sweat point is.

I am just starting - I did her Shred with weights the other day. Do you do the same workout everyday? What results have people seen doing this. I see it says 5 pounds a week.

I try to schedule my workout times on Tuesdays during the show, so when I get tired on the treadmill or elliptical, I watch them people on the show and tell myself - If they can do it, so can I. I can't wait to watch tonight.

Schedule time for yourself everyday. I get my "Me Time" in first and then I am better for everyone else. I have learned to make myself a priority so I can be effective at all my other jobs and for everyone else who relies on me. You can do it. Best wishes on your journey.
