Seems a valid question to me? CICO applies to anything and their diary is private, so no real way to see. It's hard truth for most people to accept, but if your diet is not where it should be, regardless of what you do, or when you started, there will no change.

Unless you are wearing something like a heart rate monitor, it is at best an estimate based off the information you entered in the machines. If you did not enter any information I would not trust it at all.

I do IF right now with a 24hr fast thrown in every couple of weeks, or if i hit a bad plateau, drink night before etc. I only eat, and still get 1400-1600 calories in between 12-8pm everyday. It works well

Just like anything a person finds tough or hard in their life, you know what's best, so whenever you are mentally ready, you will suck it up and just do it, otherwise it won't work.

Don't freak out too much, but I follow the following 60% fat - 35% protein - 5% carbs. I have constantly been losing, and losing fat at that, I've never felt better, have so much more energy, and way more alert.

yeah, isn't funny how they tell us "Don't eat that, eat this" to lose weight? Who even thinks eating more of something else will help you lose?

Your metabolism will increase or decrease depending on your size, don't buy into eating/drinking something will increase/decrease it.

Eat more fat (animal fat, butter, olive oil) it fills you up, and gives you energy, more protein, and more veggies. Refined carbs are bad (bread, etc) and are basically sugar, and will just make you hungry again faster. I won't go into it here, but msg me if you want more info.

I did Paleo for a while, and now do a mix of paleo / Keto and it is working fantastically.

There is no such thing as a miracle pill, notice how all these pills have the small print beneath stating "Use in combination with daily exercise and a healthy diet?" They make it really easy to jump on board for people looking for that edge, or immediate easy lose, but they never work :(
