  • Bloating! UGGG. I can also hold onto the water like a swimming pool. I get more than enough water in, am careful with sodium. I don't eat processed foods and yet....
  • I have fibro. Have been dx for about 13 yrs. Exercise does help and even on days that I hurt a deep massage works wonders. Even tho it hurts at the time and I have soreness afterwards, it does help the pain. I am not on anything but do have flare ups but the really bad ones are few and far between. Yesterday was a bad one…
  • Here is what I do... I try to do four days of two workouts. A circuit and a walk or a circuit and a pilates, yoga, walk. Whatever. One day is rest two day is just one workout. That way it works around my work/kid schedule. But, my weight loss has slowed down. I haven't measured.. still have two more weeks before I do that.…
  • you totally had me at choc. peanut butter
  • 8lb weights and a stability ball. Done. Have a great day everyone.
  • I loved the crunch boot camp/ circuit training ones. They are not on instant anymore but you can still rent.
  • I have made so many substitutions in this recipe. I will add jalepeno, black beans, mushrooms.. whatever flavor I am going for. I only use 1/4 cup cheese and if I don't have cottage cheese no worries it doesn't make a difference to me. This is very similar to a quinoa burger recipe I just tried! 2 cups cooked quinoa 3 eggs…
  • very cute
  • We have three wonderful mutts. They each have wonderful personalities. Don't know how to load a pic or I would.
  • I like working out with hubby. He pushes me and makes me laugh. Now the watching thing.... I don't mind unless he expects conversation or interrupts. Working out with someone makes it fun and the time flies. If he is watching.. why not just join in and workout with you?
  • chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. donuts, m&m's
  • I am currently doing 5 days a week of two a days, one day a week one workout and rest one day. My two a days are curcuit training/bootcamp, step aerobics or taebo in the morning. Then the second workout is either the treadmill on an incline or swimming. The day that I do one workout depends on how my body feels. It is…
  • In and done. Thanks,
  • About four times a week I do circuit training in the am and then cardio at night. I listen to my body tho. Usually, Sunday is my rest day, but if I am tired or feeling off I will switch it out. I have been sleeping better at night and really haven't been any hungrier.

  • I'm in. And yes please keep going with these challenges. You just inspired me to get my workout done and start doing pushups... (Did I just say that?) lol
  • Done Wow, I felt those. Will be feeling it for awhile. Thanks for the challenge
  • In and done. Thanks for the challenge. Thankfully I don't have to lift my arms to type.
  • Peanut butter. - gotta have it. chocolate - at some level. I haven't eliminated it. But I will have some if I so desire but in moderation..etc.
  • I would love to be a jogger. I seem to be stuck at the 1min jog/1min walk. I have done that for a mile but can't seem to progress. But at least my legs are lifting. Best of luck you are great motivation for me.
  • This is my first week doing this challenge. Weekly Goal: 3500 Mon:1510 ( 60 min. circuit training, 60 minutes walking 4.0). Wed: Thur: Fri: Sat: Sun: Total: 1510 Left to go: 1990
  • Boobs. And even then, running is something that I would love to do. But I can't seem to get it. I have tried jog for one minute walk for two then build.. but I can't get the breathing down. I am a swimmer. We breathe differently and I can't figure out running. So if anyone is going to chase me I better be near water or I…
  • I love to work out. It is getting there. I try and talk myself out of it each and every day but once I am there I am a beast. Oh I seriously need a better bra for the girls.
  • Glad to hear that hubby is home. And a standing ovation for not caving into eating. I am such an emotional eater. I eat when I am bored, when I am stressed, tired... I can find a reason. Your post was motivating . Great job.
  • Audio books are a great idea. You can usually "borrow" them from your library as well. I have a playlist for walking and one for the treadmill when I want to push myself. I love to cross stitch and embroidery as well. This summer I want to learn how to knit. Walking your dog is great exercise and at least you are out there…

  • Totally shoot me a friend request. I am new here but not to the losing weight thing. This time, it has to stick and since I am off for the summer there should be no excuse. We will support each other,
