Makes 30 cookies (not huge ones)
Nutrition info per cookie:
Cals: 73 Fat 4 Carbs 9 Protein 2 Sugar 8 Sodium 71
Ingredients:
1 cup low fat peanut butter (I use Peter Pan Peanut Butter - Whipped Creamy 1/3 Less Sugar)
1 cup sugar (the nutrition above is based on 1 cup, sometimes I use only 3/4 cup, just depends on the sweetness you want)
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbs milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and sugar together first. Then add the egg and mix, followed by the baking soda. When all mixed, add in the chocolate chips and mix.
I usually get about 30 cookies out of one batch. Today I managed 35 so cals are even less
Bake on 350 degrees for 5-10 mins until golden brown. I usually do about 5 minutes because we like gooey cookies.
Enjoy!!
