I made the chocolate cookies the other day. I ended up having to add flour to them because the sweeteners I used made the mix too loose. I thought they were okay but I doubt I'll make them again. I might try some peanut butter ones with PB2. I also want to try the pizza bites.

That's what I do! My SO tried them but didn't like them. I dry fry 2 bags at a time so mine are ready to go at all times. I'm not able yet to do just these noodles by themselves. I do about half a serving of whatever I've fixed for him and add the same or more amount of these to that and mix right on my plate.

Same here except adding a recipe is much harder here. If I need to do that I will add it at spark and then come here and add just the calories. I love the bar scan on the app here!

Cindy, That was exactly my first reaction to them years ago. I don't think I pan fried them or mixed them with other textures then. I don't know if I could do them alone even now. I mixed them with spouts and veggies the first time and then the rice this time. Maybe try it again with different textures?

It's more like spaghetti squash than pasta/mushroom combo. There is a bit of a crunch almost and there is no doubt a squeeky on the teeth thing going on that others have talked about. I had ran short on time today so I did 30 day shred instead. I won't be doing it this weekend either. I work 12 hour shifts so with sleep there isn't enough time to do exercise at home. I'm usually able to do a 30 minute walk while at work though.

Okay so since I had such a hard time on level one yesterday and people had said they liked level 2 better I tried that. I too like level 2 better. I still had to take breaks but I did much better than yesterday. I need to figure out a way to modify the plank twist my belly gets in the way

Just keep at it. The first few days of any workout always makes me sore. My pattern had always been to quit when I got sore. So not a good idea. The soreness does go away if you keep at it

we have sports and sports 2, yourshape fitness 2012, zumba kung fu, adventures, fruit ninja and some others. Yourshape is good for just working out but not as much fun the others are good for getting moving while having fun. I would love to get wipeout.

I think about it because it's been frighteningly low on blood tests. I have supplements that I take when I think about it. I usually only think about it when I have palpitations.

I had a wii but didn't like it very as well. I traded my wii in for the xbox. I love that my whole body is the controller. With the remote I unfortunately figured out that as long as it was in the right place the game thought I was doing it right. Now I have to really do it as right as I am able
