I'm taking Alli. Have been since the end of January. I've lost 15 lbs since then. And I haven't **** myself either. I've learned what percentage of fat I can have per meal and I stay below it. But it's also meant for those who have 20-30 lbs or more to lose. I still have another 30 lbs to go. oh and I also work out 60-90…

I agree. For once, I'd love to see a thread here without negativity. "oh that's a photoshopped image" "oh you shouldn't eat less than blah blah blah."
-
Yeah that's WAY more sugar than you should be getting in one day much less one meal. For weight loss reasons anyways.

ME!! I just update my goal today. I originally had it set for 145lbs, which would have me needing to lose 30 pounds. I upped my goal weight to 150. I've gained and lost 4 pounds over the past couple of weeks though. (and no it's not PMS. I don't have that anymore.)

too much stress -- produces cortisol not enough sleep -- again with the hormones (cortisol) those are my 2. I stress because I can't lose weight and stress keeps my from sleeping. It's an endless cycle I need to break.

see where I said eating healthy above? I eat 95% clean and I have for a year now. Weight lifting is not a magical cure to belly fat. And telling someone to lift weights for it it only gives false hope. Eventually it will. But just like everything else, it won't happen overnight. And this is something that I speak from…

Ok most of my fat is in my belly. I've been lifting weights for almost 2 years. I bench press 135 lbs. I can bicep curl 25-30 lbs. I'm saying this to give an idea of what I can do and it's done NOTHING for my belly fat. It's going take more than just lifting weights. It takes weight training, cardio and healthy eating. My…

oooo I know which one you're talking about. You can also get those at Walmart. They wrap around your waist and attach with velcro. I use mine A LOT. While I do sweat a lot from it, I haven't noticed a decrease in that area. But as another user said, it does help with keep the core tight and helps with my lower back pain…

I need to write my own ebook and sell it online.

I have one. I've used it for a couple of months now. All it does is help to strengthen your core muscles. At this point, I mainly use it to help with my sciatica pain.
