After a month or so on mfp I started the 30 day shred,
Finished and took a month off
Now I'm on day 6 of the 6 week 6 pack
I'm 23 with three kids and I'm 5' 1"
Whoop whoop!

wow - what an awesome transformation. Jillian is awesome. I did 30DS when I first started exercising, and I have also done Ripped in 30 (also highly recommended).0

Amazing, great job0

You look great, and I am particularly inspired as my starting weight was 146 and I want to be around 125-130. I am halfway through level 2 of the Shred so lets hope I can get there too. Well done0

you look awesome! i've been on MFP for a month as well and just started 30ds today. I HOPE I get your results because it's deeeeefinitely not as easy as I thought!0

My best advice for those starting the shred, take measurements and before and afters cause the lbs. don't drop of like crazy but the inches do and you can really see it in pictures...
Good luck to all of you!!0 -
looking good!! Great work!! (I'm starting to re-think doing the Shred!!!)0

its fast and efficient...27 minutes of workout, which 5 minutes of it are warm up and cool down... so really only 22 minutes.
Its broken up into three sections and each section has 3 minutes of weights, 2 minutes of cardio, and one minute abs.
The weights are only 3- 5 lbs so there is not a lot of strain
In the beginning I ate half my exercise calories back, but now that I am in the last 10 lbs of weight loss I eat all of them back
Give it a shot!0
