Happy Weight Calculator

I started at 173, now at 141. I've been here for about 6 months and I'm pretty happy here. I have a goal weight of 135, and after that I just want to lose more body fat, not necessarily weight. It says my happy weight is 128 - that is no where near what I want. At that point (based off my lean body mass of today) I'd have to lose 13 pounds of pure fat, going down to 16% body fat which is lower than I'm aiming. It isn't unrealistic, it just doesn't necessarily take into account anything other than height and weight.
(For reference, I'm currently at 24-25% body fat. 24 years old. 5'5")0 -
Interesting.
My happy weight came out as my goal weight. 140lbs. I just based that on what I have weighed before at my lowest, highest, etc, and what I felt was realistic for right now being busy with kids. Right now I feel like I'll never get there, battling a plateau. Grrr.0 -
My "Happy Weight" is 116.9 or 123 (not sure if i am small or meduim build. My goal is 120 so not too far off!0
-
My goal weight is almost 20 lbs more than my happy weight and I can't even get there. I've still got 20 lbs to get to my goal weight and this says my happy weight is a total of 40 lbs from where I am now.
Nope....don't think that will happen!!!0 -
The weight it picked is damn near my goal weight. I'm overly happy right now, but should be happy in the next couple months lol0
-
Happy weight = 142.2
Goal weight was 140, but when I got to 142 I decided I was the size I wanted to be.0 -
My goal weight is exactly my happy weight! Still 20 lbs more to go!0
-
My "happy weight" is one pound over my goal, so we'll see when I ever get there0
-
It tells me I'm too young0
-
It's pretty darned close, like within 2 pounds.0
-
It was close my goal is 130-120 and happy weight is 126 so its inbetween0
-
My happy weight is 11 lbs heavier than I want to be... lol0
-
My goal weight is 105 but my "happy weight" is 111.0
-
According to the calculator my "happy weight" is 166. I'm currently 155. I feel this is my happy weight, but 166 isn't heavy for me either.0
-
My happy weight is 3 pounds lighter than my current goal weight.0
-
I am right around my happy weight (2 pounds under at the moment) and I am happy but would like to tone what I have more:)0
-
My current weight 137.4
My "Happy" weight 127.2
My goal weight.... 137.
So nope, not the same. Though I would love to weigh 127, I don't think I would be able to comfortably maintain that weight.0 -
My 'happy weight' is 4 lbs over my goal weight. Guess we'll see when I get there.0
-
it won't work for me:( someone wanna try it for me?0
-
my happy weight is 20lbs less than my goal.0
-
Haha, yeah, no. My "happy weight" is almost 30 pounds more than my goal weight and 10 pounds more than my current weight.0
-
My happy weight = 138. I'm cool with that - my goal is 140 and/or size 8 jeans. I'm never going to be less than 120, and I will also never give up wine. So I'm happy with my happy weight!0
-
Hoping this is just for women? Otherwise, my goal weight is 20 pounds higher than my "happy" weight - which ain't good! Lol
it actually made me happy that my goal weight was 20lbs heavier than my "happy" weight. To me, it means I will be happier sooner!0 -
i did this and my happy weight is 33 lbs less than what I set my goal at..0
-
I am 1lb under my Happy Weight, however, by my own 'calculations' I will be happier in another 4lbs or so0
-
Yup, mine is nowhere near lol my goal is about 20 or so pounds more... pretty sure I'd look emaciated if I was at the one off of the website.
this was good just for fun though! :laugh:0 -
it won't work for me:( someone wanna try it for me?0

My happy weight is 153. My goal weight is 150. I think I'll stick with my goal weight, since its a nice round number0
-
I don't think my body would ever be happy according to that thing.
