I started at 173, now at 141. I've been here for about 6 months and I'm pretty happy here. I have a goal weight of 135, and after that I just want to lose more body fat, not necessarily weight. It says my happy weight is 128 - that is no where near what I want. At that point (based off my lean body mass of today) I'd have to lose 13 pounds of pure fat, going down to 16% body fat which is lower than I'm aiming. It isn't unrealistic, it just doesn't necessarily take into account anything other than height and weight.

(For reference, I'm currently at 24-25% body fat. 24 years old. 5'5")

    Interesting.
My happy weight came out as my goal weight. 140lbs. I just based that on what I have weighed before at my lowest, highest, etc, and what I felt was realistic for right now being busy with kids. Right now I feel like I'll never get there, battling a plateau. Grrr.

My goal weight is almost 20 lbs more than my happy weight and I can't even get there. I've still got 20 lbs to get to my goal weight and this says my happy weight is a total of 40 lbs from where I am now.

    Nope....don't think that will happen!!!

The weight it picked is damn near my goal weight. I'm overly happy right now, but should be happy in the next couple months lol

    Happy weight = 142.2
Goal weight was 140, but when I got to 142 I decided I was the size I wanted to be.

According to the calculator my "happy weight" is 166. I'm currently 155. I feel this is my happy weight, but 166 isn't heavy for me either.

I am right around my happy weight (2 pounds under at the moment) and I am happy but would like to tone what I have more:)

    My current weight 137.4
    My "Happy" weight 127.2

    My goal weight.... 137.

So nope, not the same. Though I would love to weigh 127, I don't think I would be able to comfortably maintain that weight.

My happy weight = 138. I'm cool with that - my goal is 140 and/or size 8 jeans. I'm never going to be less than 120, and I will also never give up wine. So I'm happy with my happy weight!

Hoping this is just for women? Otherwise, my goal weight is 20 pounds higher than my "happy" weight - which ain't good! Lol
Haha I tried it too, and it was very unhappy.

it actually made me happy that my goal weight was 20lbs heavier than my "happy" weight. To me, it means I will be happier sooner!

I am 1lb under my Happy Weight, however, by my own 'calculations' I will be happier in another 4lbs or so :)

Yup, mine is nowhere near lol my goal is about 20 or so pounds more... pretty sure I'd look emaciated if I was at the one off of the website.

this was good just for fun though!
