My happy weight is like 30 less than my goal weight. I dont know that I could ever get down there, I love being a bit curvy and soft... I just want to be more healthy. I feel great at 170, and even the idea of going to 130 doesn't appeal to me. To each there own0

Mine was under my goal weight. I am happy with 150, and it told me I should aim for 136. Wow!! Guess I need to rethink.0
-
Mine said 170.1 lbs....but I'm happy at my current weight of 140 lbs. WAY OFF, lol.0
-
I need to lose 97 pounds to get to my happy weight... Yeah, I knew that from the beginning... LOL0
-
If this is true - I have 105.2 pounds to lose before reaching my happy weight. This is not something I needed to know after a BAD weekend of food & fun.0

101.5 is my "happy weight"....I am 1.5 pounds lighter.0

Says my happy weight is 131, I've gotten there before but did it with just diet, no extra exercise beyond daily farm life, so I was a flabby 131. This go round, I'm exercising, so maybe I will be happy at 131. Right now my happy weight is a little higher than my goal weight of 125, but I will stop when my body tells me it's time to stop, if it's truly 131, I will accept it.0

Yup, I'd be happy where it put me, but moreover I'll be happier when I get down into all the jeans that still don't fit right again. :happy:0

EEK - my "happy weight" is about 25lbs LESS than my goal weight...that doesn't make me too happy but maybe once I hit my goal weight I will want to be at my "happy" weight. It just seems so far away. I'll worry about it next year when I am closer Just happy to be down 15lbs so far0
-
My happy weight is apparently 141 lbs - my goal weight is about 160 lbs, and I'll be REALLY happy if I get to that :bigsmile:0

I started at 173, now at 141. I've been here for about 6 months and I'm pretty happy here. I have a goal weight of 135, and after that I just want to lose more body fat, not necessarily weight. It says my happy weight is 128 - that is no where near what I want. At that point (based off my lean body mass of today) I'd have to lose 13 pounds of pure fat, going down to 16% body fat which is lower than I'm aiming. It isn't unrealistic, it just doesn't necessarily take into account anything other than height and weight.
(For reference, I'm currently at 24-25% body fat. 24 years old. 5'5")0 -
Interesting.
My happy weight came out as my goal weight. 140lbs. I just based that on what I have weighed before at my lowest, highest, etc, and what I felt was realistic for right now being busy with kids. Right now I feel like I'll never get there, battling a plateau. Grrr.0 -
My "Happy Weight" is 116.9 or 123 (not sure if i am small or meduim build. My goal is 120 so not too far off!0
-
My goal weight is almost 20 lbs more than my happy weight and I can't even get there. I've still got 20 lbs to get to my goal weight and this says my happy weight is a total of 40 lbs from where I am now.
Nope....don't think that will happen!!!0 -
The weight it picked is damn near my goal weight. I'm overly happy right now, but should be happy in the next couple months lol0
-
Happy weight = 142.2
Goal weight was 140, but when I got to 142 I decided I was the size I wanted to be.0 -
My goal weight is exactly my happy weight! Still 20 lbs more to go!0
-
My "happy weight" is one pound over my goal, so we'll see when I ever get there0
-
It tells me I'm too young0
-
It's pretty darned close, like within 2 pounds.0
