I did it once before and loved it. It slowly increases you and you don't really notice. All the sudden you're running 3 miles like it's nothing. I started around November of 2011 and I'm getting ready for a half marathon now. Running can be addictive! Good luck!

I'm starting back on Monday too. I started, then had to taper down my workouts for a big race this weekend, so I'm going to start again. It's a really hard workout but fun!

If you feel like you can do more, do more! Your body will tell you when you're doing too much and you can cut back at that point. Good luck!

I did my first 5k in November of 2011 and I'm running my first half marathon in a few weeks. Just keep at it. Don't get discouraged if you're not as fast as you want to be right away. The important part is that you're out there doing it while a lot of people are still laying on the couch!
