I use a Polar FT7 and I LOVE it. Like a lot of you on here, I have big girls and use the chest strap under them, under the sports bra. Once it's on you can't even feel it. It'd definitely worth the investment!

My favorite snack lately has been celery sticks with a wedge (or two) or laughing cow cheese :) Also an apple cut into wedges with a little almond butter on it. So good!

I have a bichon frise/poodle mix named Chloe, but my dad started calling her chicken legs the day we got her so that's' the name that stuck. So now it's chicken legs, chicken, chicky or chicken nugget :)

Hello :) Today is my first day back at the gym in a couple of months and it felt great. Did 45 mins on the elliptical this morning at a high resistance, and going back after work for another cardio session and some circuit weight training. And it's in the high 90's today so drinking TONS of water. Have a great day everyone!
