  • There's a one a day gummie that is pretty similar to most other one a day vitamins. I have trouble getting really nauseated when I take whole vitamins and the gummies seem to be much easier on my stomach.

  • I find the protein is typically right on track but yes the sugar is too restrictive since the website does not differentiate between added and natural sugars. The recommended daily allowance for added sugar is typically 25grams or less per day. Again, this is ADDED sugar, not natural sugars as in fruit or dairy.
