hey! i picked up some "BNS Lean Dessert" chocolate fudge pudding" mix over the weekend. Made one today with water & a packet of equal and it was good :happy: about 150cal, very low carbs, per shake. It was about $30 where i'm from, which indicates it's about half that in the US:happy: hope this helps:flowerforyou:
