just remember you lose weight too quickly and it's much easier to put it back on. It took me 2 years to lose as much weight as I've lost and it's made it much harder for me to put on weight when I do fall off the wagon. I'm 5'2", I'm down 70 lbs nearly to goal. Ive only changed my eating. I don't work out really, when I did I couldnt drop anything. I walk my dog, I work on my feet, and I stretch once or twice a day.

I looked it up, but forget what it was. I'm 5'2" 147 24y/o I do pretty consistently eat under 1390, I set aside days to cycle over because I just don't eat much anymore.

Have not heard of whole 30. I don't have a lot of cravings genetally, I rarely even get hungry. I eat 6 times a day. Will put the fiber one english muffins, and tortillas in freezer for a while.

Thought low carb might be last answer. I get activity, not outside bad neighborhod, but I walk a lot. Just am so close its driving me nuts!!!
