finally seeing a drop again!
Ive dropped from 220 - 150 plateaued for roughly 6 - 8 months, dropped caloried and broke 150, got to 149.... Been just stuck. HOWEVER! on friday it will be a week, but I took some advice to low carb the rest. Happy to say I'm dow at 144.2 this morning. 14.2 to go for my goal weight.

stretched skin?
Ive always been chesty, so now that I'm almost at my goal weight my chest has some stretched out skin that I really want to work on. Ive read collagen lotions can help, nivea q10 I read is good... but do any of you have experience or suggestions here? I'm having the same issues on my arms.

I have 20lbs left! but it won't budge!
I started 3 years ago, and have lost 70+ lbs. My goal and bmi recommendation is in the low 130s, I'm presently 147. I had to really fight to get below 150. I eat 1390 tops most days. Ill cycle my calories and have (for example) 1200 mon 1300 tues 1400 wed 1200 thur... etc. I don't work out much, full time cosmetology…
