  • body fat % is a better thing to track. BMI is really meant for statistical analysis of large populations, not individuals. If you don't know bodyfat target a waist circumference, that is more meaningful.   • that is a great new feature. does anyone use both a fitbit and runkeeper? does the runkeeper data overwrite the fitbit data? i find that fitbit is inaccurate when you run because of the longer stride length people have when running.
  • distilled water clean out is total BS. save it for your clothes iron i could give a long scientific explanation but ....
  • i usually use the "circuit training" values from MFP. they are similar enough that I think it is a reasonable estimate.
