I have the same issue with my Nike GPS app. It has an option to choose indoor treadmill running but that is always differnt from MFP and what the treadmill says.

Thank you for the advice....My issue wil ketchup is that i USED to eat like 6 tablespoons with breakfast-at least but not I am down to a little under 2 per breakfast meal. I don't like salsa. Unfortunatly, in this case it seems like it is mind over matter. One thing that helps me to not over eat and re-visit the fridge is eating a bunch of small meals throughout the day. Like if you have a sandwich, yogurt and banana for lunch, space them all out. I eat something small about every hour in the afternoon. I eat…

I don't think there are a lot of options for low-cal drinks....I go for vodka and use MIO or a vitamin water. I make sure that my mixer has NO calories, since vodka has about 62/shot.

I count calories and exercise about 5 days a week(I have a large calorie deficit everyday that I workout). I def let loose on the weekends, after my half marathon training. I am not sure- I just stick to a low calorie dinner and going for a 20 minute walk after dinner to help with digestion!

I pack everything the night before since I am gone from 6am-5pm. I log everything as I am packing it. I also log my dinner the night before as well. This helps me not cheat and eat the exact calories I need.
