I've hit my first plateau since the first weeks of August, still at 154 lbs :( Ive been feeling discouraged and lazy lately, hopefully when school starts, and my soccer seasons begins, I'll get things back in order and start losing again. I'm about 20-25lbs away from my goal :)

its a workout combo (i.e. circuit training) of cardio, strength training and abs. Something like 3 mins strength training, 2 mins cardio, 1 mins abs.
