Don't know about the most healthy... But, I do use whole wheat flour all the time. When I bake I use 1/2 white / 1/2 wheat.. works great!! Cookies... bread... pizza dough... Hang in there... when I first started I lost a few pounds... then nothing for a whole month... but I just kept doing the workouts and eating right ... and then I started loosing again. I make all my favorite recipes and 1/2 white flour and 1/2 wheat flour, works great... unless you are wanting NO white flour at all. Lots of good recipes on the web... Have fun with the wheat !!!!

You are not alone...... I often feel the desire to eat whatever and not exercise.... I just know that once I make this a way of life and not a task... it will be so much better. I know I will feel better every day. Hang in there... you're doing great and it will get easier...

This same idea works for me... I have breakfast ... mid morning about 100 cal snack... lunch and mid afternoon about 100 cal snack.. dinner and a little treat after dinner while relaxing... mmmm small piece of dark chocolate... :) Stay Blessed...
