Ok, here's my challenge: what is the highest amount of nutirtious, filling food you can fit into a 200-calorie meal? It can be any meal you want, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. The only limit is that it has to be 200 calories.

Just for fun, although I just might steal an idea or two

Most mornings i start my day with an omelette and toast, and a hot Green Tea.
The way i see it, it's a great meal because it is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, protein, and TASTES GREAT! I keep little containers of chopped veggies in my fridge to make it easy to throw some into every meal.
Egg Beaters - Liquid Egg Product, 1/2 cup
Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese - Cheddar Fat Free, 0.25 cup
    Spinach
    Onions
    Yellow Bell Pepper -
    Squash - Summer
    Tomatoes
1 slice whole, multi-grain lite bread
Blueberries - a few berries used in place of jelly on my toast, sprinkled with Splenda

    Snack

    1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Silhouette 0+ vanilla yogourt
    1 cup frozen strawberries

    Mixed in Magic Bullet.

Adds up to about 145 cals and makes enough to fill one of the bigger Magic Bullet cup things. You can add some All-Bran flakes for fibre and it's still under 200 cals.

And it tastes like absolute heaven!!
