Graduation though not done yet!

About three months ago I decided to start a fitness program and today I officially graduated.
I'll be taking on another 90 days in January. But I wanted to share some of my favorite milestones.
1. reaching down to touch my toes and being able to reach further
2. being able to do a full pushup without a belly flop in the middle
3. finishing Plyometrics without hitting the pause button (it's an hour of jumping and leaping)
4. realizing how much I missed seeing my waist once it started to show again
5. running a mile because I felt like it
6. dropping a pants size even though my scale didn't think I should
7. the day one of my weekly workouts became "too easy"
8. breaking into the 130's and staying there
9. being able to get into an upward bow and stay there
10. enjoy taking photos again
I'm going to take on a less hard core approach to exercise through the end of the year with Turbo Jam and ballet conditioning, hoping to find a balance between taking care of myself and working on my home business at the same time.
