I make my own! Super easy and not as many calories. I bought this book called Very Salad Dressing by Teresa Burns great book. Raspberry vinaigrette only 32 calories in 2 tbsp.

Hard boiled eggs are great. I freeze a water bottle and keep it in my lunch bag it keeps things cold. Also raw almonds are a great snack item, as well as string cheese (but high in sodium).

I am almost 2 yrs post rny. When I dont get enough water I feel hungry. I just go back to the beginning. The protein shakes and all. I have lost 160 pounds and actually trying to gain a bit back. I don't like how thin I am. Protein, and staying hydrated has helped me. Good Luck and keep us posted.

I found that always having a bottle of water near me to drink was better then me having a sugary drink. I also found that by adding a slice of lemon helped to plus it's a natural diuretic.

Most dr's want you to lose 10% of your body weight before surgery. So it's not like she has to drop a punch. It is done to help shrink the liver before surgery.

All those that have issues with the surgery are those that have either NEVER struggled to lose weight or that have not educated themselves on the pros and cons of the surgery.
