Im on a high protein breakfast. Have been for a couple of months and it really helps keep the hunger-pangs away! I have 150g of lean steak, chicken or turkey with 25g of almonds. It takes a week or two to get used to it but I love it now.

Thanks for all the replys, everyone! I took on a Personal trainer a few weeks back and have started strength/weight training, which Im really loving. No, not really. 1200-1300 cals is not alot to live on really, so If I go over on a night out thats the way it has to be! I dont use bags...I just use it as Im going. Thought I was measuring 70grams of basmati brown but I have now discovered thats what I should have cooked, not measured dried! Looks like ive regulary been eating tonnes more cals that I thought! That must be why my weight loss has been so inconsistant! Numpty!
