Im I right ?
Im I right in saying, if you keep within 1200 - 1400 cal, when ur tdee is around 1700, any weight gain on the scales will just be fluid retention? Iam assuming it is impossible to gain true fat/weight, under those circumstances ?

How much sodium do you allow?
What amount do you guys consider low sodium ? I think taking my sodium levels, no more than 1350 per day, has made a difference. Whats everyone else one ? :drinker:

Advice for using Polar FT4 ?
Just wondering, as I just got my Polar FT4, - In order to get a more accurate guide to what calories I am using, during my gym sessions, do you have to work out you average BMR, for the time you excercised and subtract it from your calorie burn? Hope that makes sense!
