Just wondered....Ive lost quite a bit of weight now and Im finding my periods are changing for the better. Not as heavy, less painfull but a little all over the place. I wasnt able to train during it, either. but that seems to be changing as I continue to loose weight. Has anyone elase found that weight loss is having an effect on their cycle, good or bad?

When I was at a lower weight my periods were much lighter and less painful. As I gained I noticed they got worse and worse.
I find exercise helps so much.
The downside is if you exercise too much and have too low of a body fat % you can lose your period. It also happened to me the one time I tried diet pills. I didn't get my period for almost 6 months.0 -
Yes. Mine are less heavy, shorter, and more regular.0
